I’m Norma Rodríguez, a proud immigrant from Colombia who journeyed to the United States with the hope of creating a better future for my family. My background as a police officer and law student in Colombia taught me the values of responsibility, ethics, and dedication—principles that I bring into every aspect of my work. Founding Leeds Enterprise with my daughter has allowed me to channel these values into a business that reflects our commitment to quality and customer care.

As the daughter in this dynamic duo, I’m Sara Henao. Together with my mother, we co-founded Leeds Enterprise with a mission to provide top-quality cleaning services in the United States. My journey from Colombia to the U.S. was fueled by a desire to seek new opportunities for our family. With a background in Nursing and Social Work, I bring a compassionate and meticulous approach to our business. Our partnership is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared passion for excellence.
